Job Summary:
BYLD Group is looking for an Executive – Internal Audit to support and manage internal audit activities related to staffing operations, onboarding verification, payout validation, and invoice audits. The role requires strong attention to detail, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with client agreements and financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Validate staffing invoices as per client agreements and ensure correct deduction of management fees, insurance fees, and other applicable charges.
Conduct onboarding KYC audits for pre-offer documentation and verify employee details including Name, Father’s Name, DOB (as per Aadhaar), PAN details, bank account details, IFSC code, salary, and location mapping.
Review and verify BTL activity payout approvals received.
Audit staffing payout files by validating employee details, payment amounts, payout status, and salary register records.
Verify DSR invoices by checking client bank account details, GST details, and invoice amounts.
Coordinate with onboarding, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth audit and validation processes.
Maintain accurate audit records and ensure compliance with internal policies and client requirements.
Identify discrepancies and follow up with relevant stakeholders for resolution.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum 1+ years of experience in Internal Audit, Finance Operations, Payroll Audit, or related domain.
Good understanding of invoice validation, bank verification, payout processing, and compliance checks.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and audit documentation.
