Executive - Human Resources
to execute our HR initiatives at
Admattic
. Your role will involve managing various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee onboarding, documentation and exit management and employee engagement.
Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and workforce planning requirements.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews and making job offers.
2. Employee Engagement and Well-being:
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and motivation.
- Implement wellness programs to promote the health and well-being of employees.
3. HRMS Management
- Ensure the HRMS is updated with all the required changes
- Track and monitor leaves and attendance dashboard and resolve employee queries if any
4. Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing their concerns, grievances, and providing guidance on HR-related matters.
- Promote a positive work environment and foster strong employee relations through effective communication and support.
5. HR Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilise HR analytics to measure and assess HR-related metrics and key performance indicators.
- Prepare regular HR reports for management review.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 1-2 years experience in human resource management in (SaaS or digital marketing industry exp will be preferred)
- Experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving HR-related issues.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
