About the role:
We are seeking
Executive / Senior Executive
in
Forex
Cashier
Role with
Niyo Forex
to join our team for Bangalore, Delhi and Hyderabad Branches.
Key Responsibilities:
· Open cash counter by verifying vault, ensuring currency stock, setting up workstation, and updating exchange rates.
· Process currency exchanges, forex cards, and remittances, verifying IDs and logging transactions per AML/KYC regulations.
· Manage cash flow, maintain denominations, replenish currency, and monitor inventory as per retail/delivery orders.
· Assist customers with exchange rate inquiries, transaction limits, and complaints, escalating issues as needed.
· Close counter by reconciling transactions, tallying cash, securing vault, and preparing day-end and other reports.
· Any other tasks associated with the cash management, reporting, inventory and operations.
Required Skills and Expertise:
1. Minimum of bachelor’s degree. Any finance or accounting degree / certificate will be preferred.
2. Excellent communication skills with ability to manage and monitor transactions accounting.
3. Hands on experience with tools like Minerva.
