Role Overview
The Senior Executive – Data Research will be responsible for executing end-to-end primary research projects, analyzing data, and generating actionable insights for clients. The role requires a strong foundation in research methodologies, data interpretation, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute primary research studies, including questionnaire development and survey deployment
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to derive meaningful, actionable insights
Translate research findings into clear, structured presentations and insight reports
Collaborate with internal teams (field, tech, and operations) to ensure seamless project execution
Engage with clients to understand research objectives and align on deliverables
Support proposal development, including research design, costing, and timelines
Adapt research tools and methodologies based on project requirements
Candidate Profile
1–2 years of experience in market research, preferably in CPG/FMCG sectors
Strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
Experience in handling end-to-end research projects is preferred
Ability to interpret data and connect insights to business implications
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Familiarity with tools such as SPSS, Tableau, or similar platforms is an added advantage
