Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented
Executive – Creator Partnerships
to support the execution of influencer campaigns while building a strong and consistent pipeline of creators. This role will be critical in identifying the right creators, coordinating end-to-end execution, and ensuring smooth delivery of campaigns across platforms
Key Responsibilities
Creator Sourcing & Pipeline Management
Continuously identify and onboard relevant creators across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
Build and maintain a strong, updated pipeline of creators across categories and budgets
Track creator databases, outreach status, and past performance
Creator Outreach & Coordination
Reach out to creators, initiate conversations, and manage day-to-day communication
Share briefs, align on deliverables, timelines, and expectations
Campaign Execution & Logistics
Coordinate end-to-end execution with creators—from onboarding to content delivery
Manage logistics including product dispatch, follow-ups, content timelines, and approvals
Ensure campaigns are executed as per defined deliverables and timelines
Content Alignment
Support in sharing briefs and scripts with creators and ensure adherence to brand guidelines
Coordinate feedback and revisions with creators
Tracking & Reporting
Maintain trackers for campaigns, creators, and deliverables
Support in tracking basic performance metrics and campaign status
Key Skills & Experience
2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing / social media / digital marketing
Strong understanding of social media platforms and creator ecosystem
Highly organized with strong follow-up and coordination skills
Good communication and relationship management abilities
Ability to manage multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously
Proactive and execution-focused mindset
