Role Overview: As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality, structured content that enhances learner engagement. You will work closely with subject matter experts to create visually appealing slides and curriculum materials that align with our educational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop structured slide content for YouTube tutorials and live classes.
Collaborate with instructors to create visually engaging and pedagogically sound learning materials.
Ensure content is clear, concise, and aligned with learning objectives.
Adapt complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand instructional materials.
Incorporate storytelling, visuals, and interactivity to enhance the learning experience.
Research and stay updated with best practices in instructional design and curriculum development.
Optimize content for different learning platforms and delivery formats.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in curriculum design, instructional content development, or e-learning.
Strong expertise in creating presentation slides, storyboarding, and structuring course content.
Proficiency in design tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, or Adobe Suite.
Ability to simplify complex topics and present them in an engaging manner.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with subject matter experts and instructors.
Experience with online learning platforms and live teaching methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in EdTech or online course development.
Understanding of instructional design principles such as Bloom's Taxonomy.
Familiarity with video production, animation, or interactive learning tools.
