Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented
Executive – CEO Office
to work closely with the CEO. The role offers strong exposure to
business strategy,
leadership decision-making, cross-functional coordination, and executive-level
operations
. The ideal candidate should have eagerness to learn, structured thought process
and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the CEO in day-to-day business operations and strategic initiatives
Prepare presentations and reports for leadership reviews
Conduct business analysis, market research, and competitor bench-marking
Track key projects, action items, and follow-ups across departments
Assist in financial analysis, budgeting, and performance tracking
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, HR, Operations, Marketing)
Participate in leadership meetings and document MOMs and action points
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Support special projects and ad-hoc assignments as directed by the CEO
Skills & Competencies Required:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
High proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Basic understanding of finance, business metrics, and operations
Ability to multitask and work with tight deadlines
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
Strong ownership mindset and learning agility
Preferred Candidate Profile:
CA Fresher with interest in business strategy and leadership exposure, or MBA Fresher
specializing in Finance / Strategy / Operations / Consulting
Strong academic background with internships or live projects preferred
Comfortable working directly with senior leadership
