About the role:
The role involves a mixed process of customer support in KYC, onboarding queries via chat, email and calls for customers seeking forex buy/sell and remittance services for which the order is placed via web/app and then further process is managed by central team before passing the service level closure to regional on-ground teams.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional, and a proactive approach to upholding Niyo’s brand identity with experience in V-KYC on financial products onboarding or customer support..
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to verify their identity, eligibility, and documentation for forex services, ensuring compliance with KYC regulations.
Clearly explain the KYC process, required documents, and benefits
of the process
to customers.
Assist them for any other assistance needed and resolve via calls, chat and email.
Participate actively in training sessions to stay updated on KYC compliance, product knowledge, and processes for issue escalation and resolution.
Must Have:
Minimum of bachelor’s degree in any stream.
Excellent communication in English via calls / chat / text to help customer via omni-channel support.
Experience of customer sales/service in banking or financial services role.
On-site travel feasibility for
Bangalore office.
