Roles & Responsibilities:
Handling the entire operational pipeline management
Check SO technically made by SO processor as per the requirement of customer
Check commercial conditions is in line as per the company policy
Ensuring resolving of queries regards to sales order with regular follow up with sales team
Ensure closure of customer complaints within 24 hrs
Back order review
Monitoring & maintaining of all Orders on daily basis to avoid any escalation/delay.
Updation of Materials on timely basis to sales team to fulfill the customer requirement / to improve the delivery timeline.
Skills:
Should play the role of a bridge between sales team and support staff for closure of sales order
Good data analytics / excel skills
Gender: Male or Female
