Purchase Order Maker
We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchase Order Maker to manage and process purchase orders efficiently in our procurement system. You should be organized, accurate, and familiar with procurement documentation and processes.
Your responsibilities:
• Create and process purchase orders (POs) in SAP as per requirements
• Verify purchase requisitions, quotations, and approvals before PO creation
• Ensure accurate entry of pricing, quantity, and vendor details
• Maintain proper documentation and records of all purchase orders
• Coordinate with accounts for invoice and payment processes
• Generate reports related to purchase orders and procurement activities
• Support audit requirements by maintaining accurate records
Skill sets/Experience we require:
• Experience in purchase order processing or procurement support
• Familiarity with SAP system
• Understanding of procurement processes and documentation
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of accounting and inventory processes
Pedigree:
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or equivalent
• Relevant experience in procurement or purchase order management preferred
