Key Responsibilities:
Generate accurate client invoices for cash-to-order requests and walk-in customers.
Monitor and process payments, ensuring timely receipt and proper reconciliation to client order.
Handle client billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate billing records and documentation for audits and compliance along with Inventory control.
Collaborate with the finance, sales, and compliance teams to ensure billing accuracy and adherence to industry regulations.
Support the month-end closing process and assist in generating billing and revenue reports.
Ensure compliance with AML, KYC, and international financial regulations as/where applicable.
Required Skills and Expertise:
Minimum of bachelor’s degree in any stream.
Excellent communication in English. Hands on experience on billing softwares.
Interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with HNI customers effectively.
Knowledge of any forex or financial
products, sales
& service will be an added advantage.
