Key Responsibilities:
Video Editing & Production:
Edit raw footage into polished videos that align with the project’s vision and objectives.
Assemble video assets, adding effects, graphics, and transitions as needed.
Ensure high production quality and adherence to brand guidelines.
Creative Input:
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to conceptualize video content ideas.
Incorporate feedback and suggest improvements to elevate the content's quality.
Post-Production:
Add music, sound effects, and voiceovers to enhance video appeal.
Perform color correction, audio leveling, and other post-production tasks.
Ensure videos are optimized for various platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok).
Asset Management:
Maintain a library of video assets, including raw footage, templates, and final edits.
Organize and archive projects systematically for easy retrieval.
Trends & Innovation:
Stay updated on the latest trends in video editing, software, and digital storytelling.
Experiment with new techniques to keep the content fresh and engaging.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
Familiarity with motion graphics tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and compression techniques.
Creative & Storytelling Skills:
Ability to create compelling narratives through video editing.
Eye for detail, color, and composition.
Other Skills:
Strong time-management and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of graphic design is a plus.
