Key Responsibilities:
Handle operational queries from logistics partners and provide timely resolutions.
Track packages delivered to logistics partners and ensure timely forwarding to customers.
Monitor last-mile shipment notifications and update buyers regarding shipment discrepancies or delays.
Coordinate with vendors for return requests related to impacted international shipments.
Identify packages held at logistics facilities and process listing for resale orders where applicable.
Maintain accurate tracking records and ensure proper documentation of shipments and returns.
Coordinate with internal teams such as warehouse, operations, and customer support to resolve fulfillment-related issues.
Ensure smooth order fulfillment operations and timely escalation of critical shipment issues.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience in e-commerce operations, fulfillment support, or logistics coordination will be preferred.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in using email platforms and internal tools to coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams.
Experience in tracking shipments and monitoring fulfillment workflows through WMS, OMS, or logistics portals.
Ability to maintain operational reports and track shipment status using spreadsheets or internal systems.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with logistics partners, vendors, and internal teams.
Problem-solving ability to identify operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
High attention to detail when tracking shipments, monitoring discrepancies, and managing returns.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple operational tasks efficiently.
