To collapse press enter Career Opportunities: EXECUTIVE (6828) Requisition ID  6828  - Posted  05/04/2025  -  BIOCON PHARMA LIMITED  -  GENERIC FORMULATION PRODUCTION  -  India    Job Description Print Preview Apply Save Job Return to List   Department Details Role Summary Generic Formulations - Granulation Operator Key Responsibilities • Responsible for cleaning, setup, maintenance, trouble shooting and machine operation along with in process test for Granulation line (GEA & ACG), Roller compactor (Alexenderwerk & LB Bhole), High pressure homogenizer (GEA), Spheronizer / Merumerizer, Hot melt extruder and Blender. • Person with knowledge about functioning of Containment work station will get preference. • Candidate must have worked in companies with major regulatory approvals (like USFDA, MHRA etc.). • To execute the manufacturing process as per instructions given in manufacturing record. • Candidate shall be responsible to maintain change part inventory at minimum level. • Equipment upkeeping through on time completion of machine maintenance in co-ordination with Engineering persons • To adhere to the standard procedures in the department. • Candidate must be compliant to GMP and GDP in day to day activities. • To prioritize and practice the safety principles and company policies in factory premises. • Responsible for execution of daily production plan. • To take active participation in Operational excellence projects. • To align self-contribution for organizational goals assigned from time to time.
