Proposed KRA (Key Responsibilities):
Manage
day-to-day posting, coordinate with the design team, maintain content
calendars, and ensure consistent brand communication across platforms.
Assist
in drafting social media copies, articles, captions, website content, and
basic campaign messaging.
Coordinate
with PR agencies for press releases, media interactions, follow-ups, and
tracking of coverage.
Assist
in planning and executing digital campaigns, ensuring timelines and
deliverables are met.
Prepare
weekly/monthly reports on social media performance, campaign metrics, and
derive basic insights.
Create
and support internal presentations (PPTs), campaign decks, and
documentation for management reviews.
Work
closely with internal teams (design, digital, product) and external
partners for smooth execution.
Maintain
repository of creatives, posts, media coverage, and marketing materials for
easy access.
Track
industry trends, competitor activities, and suggest relevant content
ideas.
Assist
in updating website content, blogs, and coordinating with developer for
basic changes.
Provide
support in organizing events, webinars, and internal/external activations.
Preferred Profile:
1–2 years of
experience in marketing / digital / communications
Good communication and
coordination skills
Basic understanding of
social media and content
Comfortable working on
PPTs and reports
