Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Introduce company products and explain their technical features and benefits.
Generate and qualify sales leads for the sales team.
Maintain customer database and update call records in CRM or Excel.
Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and quotations.
Coordinate with the technical and sales team for customer requirements.
Schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team when required.
Maintain good relationships with customers and respond to basic queries.
Required Skills
Good communication skills in
Hindi and basic English
.
Basic understanding of
technical products or willingness to learn
.
Ability to convince customers and generate leads.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM).
Good telephone etiquette and customer handling skills.
Qualification
Graduate.
Experience in
Telecalling / Inside Sales / Customer Support
will be an advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
