Job Description Purpose of the role To manage the executive's schedule, handling correspondence, preparing presentations and reports, and providing other administrative support as needed. Accountabilities • Management of senior executive members calendars and overseeing their timely responses to meeting invitations and requests. • Planning and arranging travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation, ensuring timely and efficient travel for the executive. • Proactively anticipating the needs of the senior executive, prioritising tasks, and ensuring timely completion. • Management of day-to-day administrative tasks, such as expenses, maintaining filing systems, and ordering office supplies, annual leave records management, distribution list management and organisation management tasks. • Management and facilitation of senior executive members meetings. You may be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in role such as: • Manage senior executives’ calendars, meetings, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and prioritisation. • Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and ground transport. • Support executive meetings through scheduling, preparation, documentation, and follow-ups. • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as expenses, records management, filing systems, and office coordination. • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, providing effective support and maintaining strong working relationships. Desirable skills set: • Expert proficiency in Outlook, calendar management tools, and travel/expense systems. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information. • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in MNCs and the banking/financial services sector. • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. You may be assessed on key essential skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
