Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential communication, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for the executives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements.
Handle and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence for senior leadership.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other key documents as required.
Serve as a liaison between executives, clients, and internal teams.
Organize business events, review meeting agendas, and follow up on action items.
Accurately recording meeting minutes/notes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Additional certifications in administration or executive management are a plus.
