ROLE OVERVIEW
As an Executive – AI Video & Image Generation, you will play a key role in building and scaling SAADAA’s AI-powered content pipeline. This is a highly hands-on role focused on creating high-quality visual content using generative AI tools while ensuring fast turnaround and strong creative output. You will be responsible for transforming scripts and ideas into compelling ad creatives across formats like reels, UGC-style content, and branded visuals. Along with content creation, you will manage AI workflows, refine outputs, and coordinate with external partners to deliver performance-driven creatives at scale.
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
• AI Content Creation: Generate AI-based videos and images using tools like Runway, Pika, Kling, Midjourney, etc. Convert scripts, briefs, and references into compelling visual outputs.
• Prompting & Workflow Management: Write, test, and refine prompts to improve output quality. Build and maintain prompt libraries and reusable workflows for scalability.
• Visual Consistency: Develop and maintain consistent visual styles, characters, and assets across all outputs.
• AI Video Editing & Assembly: Assemble AI-generated clips into final videos. Add subtitles, transitions, motion graphics, and voiceovers using AI tools.
• Content Optimization: Ensure all content is optimized for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and performance marketing formats.
• Vendor Coordination: Work with external AI production vendors/agencies. Share briefs, review deliverables, and ensure quality and consistency.
• Creative Thinking: Research trends, hooks, and high-performing ad formats. Suggest AI-first execution ideas for campaigns.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, scriptwriting, and performance marketing teams to translate marketing goals into visuals.
• Project Execution: Manage multiple content pieces with fast turnaround timelines while maintaining quality standards.
• Learning & Innovation: Stay updated with emerging AI tools, workflows, and trends. Continuously improve output quality and efficiency.
WHO YOU ARE
• 0–2 years of experience in content creation, design, video editing, or AI tools.
• Strong interest in generative AI tools and creative production.
• Hands-on exposure to tools like Midjourney, Runway, Pika, etc. (personal projects are a plus).
• Basic understanding of video editing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.
• Highly execution-driven with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-output environment.
• Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks and quick iterations.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in any field (creative, media, or tech backgrounds preferred).
• Hands-on experience with AI tools or video/content creation (projects, internships, or freelance work).
• Basic understanding of social media content formats and performance marketing creatives.
