Job Purpose:
To ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations at the corporate office by managing facilities, office supplies, travel coordination, vendor management, and supporting various internal teams with logistics and administrative needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Facility Management:
Ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of the office premises.
Supervise housekeeping, security, and pantry services.
Manage AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) for office equipment.
Vendor Management:
Liaise with vendors for office supplies, stationery, pantry items, etc.
Maintain purchase records and negotiate vendor contracts.
Track and verify vendor bills for timely payments.
Asset & Inventory Management:
Maintain an updated inventory of office supplies and assets.
Coordinate with IT and HR for onboarding/offboarding support.
Event & Meeting Support:
Assist in organizing internal events, meetings, conferences, and celebrations.
Arrange meeting rooms, stationery, refreshments, and tech support as needed.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure adherence to company policies for administrative operations.
Maintain accurate records for audits and internal reporting.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree mandatory; specialization in Administration preferred).
2–5 years of experience in office administration or facility management.
Prior experience in a corporate setup is preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
