Key Responsibilities:
• Pass day-to-day accounting entries in accounting software
• Assist in managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
• Prepare vendor-wise and invoice-wise payment lists
• Handle sales reconciliation with online aggregators
• Maintain and organize physical and digital financial documents and records
• Coordinate with banks and consultants for submission and collection of required documents
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes
• Oversee general accounting functions including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and taxes
• Liaise with external auditors and regulatory agencies
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and accounting software
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with senior management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
