This role plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and support for students in various academic processes. This role involves organizing evaluation agency meetings, conducting webinars, providing detailed process guidance, handling student inquiries, and monitoring CRM data related to evaluations and Telegram groups.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and organize evaluation agency meetings and webinars.
Prepare and update Minutes of Meetings (MOM) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Provide student eligibility information to counselors.
Conduct informative and engaging webinars for students.
Offer comprehensive process guidance to students regarding academic procedures.
Respond promptly and effectively to student emails and inquiries.
Manage escalations efficiently and resolve issues smoothly.
Monitor and maintain CRM data related to evaluations and Telegram groups.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in commerce or MBA is preferred.
Proven experience in support roles, preferably in an educational setting.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage escalations with a customer-centric approach.
Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving attitude.
Working knowledge of evaluation processes and academic SOPs is advantageous.
