Key Responsibilities:
Training Delivery:
Conduct engaging, practical, and interactive training sessions for dealership staff, including sales executives and service advisors.
Be a part of the development process and deliver product, process, and customer engagement training tailored to client.
Customizing Training Content: and Delivery Methodologies:
Update relatable and immersive training modules.
Focus on features and performance
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with dealership teams, regional managers, and brand representatives to ensure seamless training delivery.
Provide feedback on dealership performance and suggest actionable insights for improvement.
Learning App Usage & Performance:
Trainers will be responsible for managing the Learning App's usage and monitoring its performance within their respective circles or zones.
Qualifications
•Graduation in BE
• Working knowledge in MS Office
• Minimum 5 years of sales training experience. Preference will be given to the person having sales training exposure in 3W Industry.
• Fluent in respective regional language
