Take control of your future and come join a growing company offering unlimited career growth potential.     Job Responsibilities:     Prepare and/or assist in completing budgetary and final estimating of scopes of work   Read blueprints and analyze all other applicable documents to prepare estimates   Use knowledge to focus work and drive short and long-term solutions   Assess projects by identifying project requirements, regarding time, labor, and material costs   Responsible for detailed cost estimates and qualification development for bid proposals   Perform detailed structural and miscellaneous take-offs   Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and architects during estimate creation to ensure overall accuracy   Present estimates to clients in a timely and polite manner   Other projects as assigned   Assist with Project Controls (Schedule/Cost control)     Qualifications and Skills:     Must be proficient with MS Office, especially Excel   Tekla Powerfab or Fabsuite experience is an asset, but not required   Work experience in tilt panels manufacturing facilities, and schools is an asset , but not required   Must have a minimum of three years’ experience specifically in estimating steel detailing projects   Must have experience in reading US design drawings   Interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal are required   Critical thinking, analytical, and organizational skills     We thank all applicants who apply, however only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
