ESG & Sustainability Trainer
to join us on a contractual basis. We are looking for an expert who can bridge the gap between complex ESG frameworks and practical application, specifically for students and early-career professionals.

The ideal candidate will possess deep ESG expertise, proven training experience, and exceptional communication skills to effectively mentor the next generation of sustainability leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Content Development:
Design and curate high-impact training materials, presentations, and learning modules covering ESG fundamentals and advanced frameworks.
Facilitation:
Lead engaging workshops, webinars, and teaching sessions tailored for students and early professionals.
Mentorship:
Provide guidance and interpersonal support to learners, helping them navigate the evolving sustainability landscape.
Research:
Stay updated on global ESG trends, regulations, and reporting standards to ensure curriculum relevance.
Candidate Profile
Education
Bachelor’s in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Finance, or Public Policy (Master’s preferred).
Experience
Proven track record in ESG/CSR roles + significant experience in public speaking, teaching, or workshop facilitation.
Technical Knowledge
Deep understanding of Environmental Impact, Social Responsibility, and Governance.
Frameworks
Familiarity with
GRI, SASB, TCFD, ISSB, BRSR, and SDGs
.
Certifications Required:
Relevant ESG/Sustainability certifications and
ISO Certifications
(e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 26000, or ISO 50001).
Core Competencies
Communication:
Ability to break down complex regulatory jargon into digestible insights.
Engagement:
Strong audience management and facilitation skills to keep learners motivated.
Content Mastery:
Proficiency in creating professional-grade training decks and educational assets.
