Having established ourselves as the largest materials distribution company in the Plastics sector, we are fast growing to take a leading position in other Industries. Source is geared up to grow 3x from its already leading position (read 3000cr+ in Annual Revenues), and is looking to onboard high-growth mindset individuals to join its journey. The Hook We have the capital, the tech-stack, and a network of 15,000+ buyers; now we need "Founders" to build new vertical empires. As an EIR for Industrial Materials (Chemicals, Paper, Coal, etc.), you are not an advisor—you are a builder. You will take a 0-to-1 concept and turn it into a highrevenue business vertical, operating with the intensity of a startup founder and the backing of a market leader. Your Three Main Objectives 0-to-1 Vertical Build: Identify, validate, and launch new categories in Industrial Materials (e.g., Chemicals, Paper, Coal). You own the blueprint from day one. Market Liquidity: Build the supply-demand engine by traveling extensively to industrial hubs to onboard the biggest importers, local traders, and domestic producers. Profitability & P&L Ownership: Transition the vertical from pilot to high-velocity growth. Your success is measured by the bottom-line impact you create.  🛠 The Toolkit (What you’ll own) Strategic Pillar The Focus The Delivery Category Launch : Market Entry End-to-end ownership of vertical strategy, supply chain mapping, and initial sales. Ground Execution: Relationship Building Extensive travel (15-20 days/month) to build trust with supply-side giants and demand-side MSMEs. Platform Integration: Tech-Led Scaling Leveraging Source’s logistics, credit, and data engines to automate the procurement cycle. Wealth Creation : Profit Sharing Driving aggressive unit economics where your upside is directly linked to the profit of your vertical. 👤 Who You Are The Former Founder/CXO: You have previously led a start-up or held a CXO role. You are comfortable with ambiguity and know how to move fast with limited resources. B2B Industrial Veteran: Deep experience in B2B Trading, Distribution, or Industrial E-commerce. You understand the nuances of commodities like Chemicals, Paper, or Coal. The Ground Warrior: You thrive in high-intensity environments. You are ready to get your hands dirty on factory floors and in wholesale markets across India.
