At Fairdeal.Market, we’re building India’s fastest B2B quick commerce engine—and we need someone who can think like a founder, execute like an operator, and own outcomes end-to-end. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and chaos. What you’ll do (aka “own the game”) Own outcomes, not tasks From onboarding → warehouse ops → last mile delivery, you are accountable for results. Jump between 0→1 and 1→100 One day you’re solving a supply gap, next day you’re fixing on-ground ops. Work directly with founders Drive key business problems across supply, ops, growth, and revenue. Run cross-functional execution Align category, ops, HR, and vendors to make things happen—fast. Build & break systems Use first-principles thinking to solve problems, and don’t hesitate to rewrite the rules. Own P&L / business metrics Track, analyse, and improve unit economics, margins, and efficiency.
