What We're Looking For: Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Supports and maintains software-as-a-service (SaaS) and enterprisewide applications associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility and usage of data for internal department planning and activities. •   Contributes to process flows and solutions for business problems. •   Performs configuration, setup, and updating of application, including table definitions and access control. •   Enters and ensures validity of data entered into established tables, fields and system databases. •   Works with team in analyzing, designing and implementing extensions and tailored solutions required for aligning packaged applications to meet functional business requirements and specifications and ensure data security is designed into each developed application. •   Collaborates with team to produce reports using query and flexible reporting tools to meet the requirements of business management and staff. •   May set up user accesses and trains users on application. •   Contributes to make changes in applications development, maintenance and system standards. •   Provides timely resolution of problems or escalation on behalf of customer. •   Participates in supporting system upgrades including planning and scheduling, coordination, and deployment and facilitates testing of enhancements, fixes, patches and upgrades. •   Provides timely resolution of problems or escalation on behalf of customer. •   Participates to ensure availability and performance of systems and application environments through proactive as well as reactive analysis and maintenance and identifies and coordinates health checks related to architecture and tuning efforts. •   Works with cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.
