Enterprise Sales Manager – Managed IT Services
Job Summary:
We are seeking a senior-level IT Enterprise Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, cultivate high-level client relationships, and lead a dedicated team to acquire new, large-scale enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Generation:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue quotas.
Client Acquisition:
Identify, engage, and close complex, high-value deals with enterprise-level clients.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term, strategic partnerships with C-suite executives, directors, and IT decision-makers.
Team Leadership:
Mentor and manage a team of sales professionals, assisting with negotiations, and overseeing sales processes.
Solution Selling:
Collaborate with pre-sales engineers to tailor IT solutions (e.g., Cloud, Server, Digital transformation, Networking) to specific client requirements.
Sales Forecasting:
Utilize CRM tool to accurately forecast sales pipeline, track activities, and report on market trends.
Required Qualifications
Education:
Masters’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or equivalent experience.
Experience:
Minimum 10+ years of B2C enterprise sales experience, specifically within the IT/Software/Hardware industry.
Track Record:
Proven history of exceeding sales targets (50L+ deals).
Technical Literacy:
Strong understanding of current IT infrastructure, SaaS models, and cloud technologies.
Skills:
Exceptional negotiation, communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with specific enterprise technologies (e.g., Cisco, Dell, Microsoft, HPE).
Existing network within specific sectors (e.g., Finance, Healthcare, Manufacturing).
Experience in closing high value deals involving negotiations with C-level
