About the Role
We are looking for a
high-impact Enterprise Sales Leader with a strong hunting DNA
to drive new business acquisition in the
India market
.
This is a
pure-play hunting Individual Contributor (IC) role
, focused on building pipeline, breaking into large enterprise accounts, and closing high-value SaaS deals. You will own the
end-to-end sales cycle
— from prospecting to closure — while working closely with cross-functional teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own
enterprise new business acquisition across the India market
Drive
outbound prospecting and account penetration strategies
Identify, engage, and build relationships with
CXOs and senior decision-makers
Manage the
entire sales cycle
— prospecting, discovery, solutioning, negotiation, and closure
Build and maintain a
strong, predictable pipeline
with accurate forecasting
Lead
consultative selling conversations
, aligning Xoxoday solutions to client business challenges
Collaborate with
Product, Marketing, Pre-sales, and Customer Success
teams for deal closure
Navigate
complex enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environments
Consistently exceed
revenue targets and growth KPIs
Track and maintain hygiene on CRM and sales reporting
What We’re Looking For
10+ years of experience
in B2B SaaS / enterprise sales
Proven track record of
hunting and closing large enterprise deals
Strong experience in
new logo acquisition (not just farming)
Experience selling into the
India market with deep understanding of enterprise buying behavior
Ability to manage
long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
Strong understanding of
solution selling / consultative sales approach
Demonstrated success in
building pipeline from scratch
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Entrepreneurial mindset — thrives in
fast-paced, unstructured environments
Experience in
SaaS / Fintech / MarTech / API-led platforms
preferred
Prior experience in Loyalty Tech / Rewards / Engagement platforms is a strong plus
