Position Overview: As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue within our organization's enterprise segment. This role demands a strategic mindset, exceptional sales acumen, and the ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in large enterprises. You will be developing and executing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. Pipeline Management: ● Oversee the sales pipeline for the enterprise segment, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely progression of opportunities through the sales process. ● Implement best practices for lead generation, qualification, and conversion. Strategic Partnerships: ● Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. ● Identify and leverage strategic partnerships to enhance our value proposition and market presence. Sales Performance Analysis: ● Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics, including revenue attainment, sales pipeline health, and customer engagement. ● Utilize data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales effectiveness. Requirements: ● Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with senior-level executives. ● Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute complex sales strategies in a competitive market landscape. ● Demonstrated proficiency in pipeline management, forecasting, and sales performance analysis. ● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred. ● Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales enablement tools. ● Willingness to travel as necessary to meet with clients and attend industry events.
