What is this role all about? As an Enterprise Sales Managaer/ AD/Director/ Senior Director/VP you will drive strategic growth by acquiring and expanding enterprise customers. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, manage complex sales cycles, and develop tailored solutions that deliver measurable business impact for large organizations. Sounds interesting? Here’s a more detailed description of what you will do in this role: You will develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate and grow enterprise accounts. You will build strong relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers to understand business challenges and position Kapture’s solutions effectively. You will manage the enterprise sales pipeline end-to-end, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely deal progression. You will collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align go-to-market strategies and drive revenue growth. You will leverage data and insights to improve sales performance and optimize enterprise engagement strategies. This is a Delhi and Mumbai -based role. We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person interactions fuel innovation and agility. What does success look like in this role? Success in this role means consistently achieving enterprise revenue targets, building long-term strategic relationships, and expanding Kapture’s presence within key enterprise accounts. What would make you a good fit for this role? Here are the basic requirements: You have 3-15 years of experience in enterprise sales or complex B2B SaaS selling. You have experience engaging with senior stakeholders and enterprise decision-makers. You are comfortable managing long sales cycles and high-value deals. You have experience using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines effectively. What are the most critical skills for this role? You demonstrate strong strategic thinking and consultative selling skills. You communicate effectively and build credibility with senior leaders. You are data-driven and comfortable analyzing pipeline and performance metrics. You are proactive, resilient, and outcome-focused in a competitive market environment. You will have an advantage if you: Have prior experience selling CX platforms, SaaS, or AI-driven enterprise solutions. Have worked in fast-growing startup or scale-up environments.
