Job Summary
Skylark Drones is looking for a Enterprise Sales and Business Development to drive growth by building strong relationships with large enterprise customers and identifying high-impact opportunities across industries. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys selling solutions rather than products and can navigate complex enterprise sales cycles.
You will work closely with the Founders Office, GTM, and product teams to identify customer needs, shape solution narratives, and close strategic deals. The focus is on creating long-term partnerships by solving real business problems using Skylark’s drone and software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and build relationships with enterprise customers across multiple industries
Understand customer pain points and translate them into tailored drone and software-led solutions
Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and handover
Work closely with GTM, solutions, and product teams to build strong value propositions
Develop and present CXO-ready pitches focused on ROI, scalability, and business impact
Manage long and complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
Track pipeline, forecasts, and deal progress with clarity and discipline
Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
Mandatory Skills and Qualifications
Experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in enterprise or solution selling
Strong ability to understand customer problems and position value-driven solutions
Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong ownership and execution mindset
