Role Overview
As an Enterprise Architect within Adobe Professional Services, you will serve as a trusted advisor to Adobe’s enterprise customers, driving digital transformation using Adobe Experience Cloud. You will lead architecture strategy, solution design, and implementation guidance across complex, multi-solution engagements, ensuring customers realize maximum value from Adobe platforms.

Key Responsibilities
1. Client Advisory & Strategic Engagement
Act as a
strategic advisor
to C-level stakeholders (CMO, CIO, CTO)
Translate customer business objectives into
Adobe Experience Cloud roadmaps
Lead discovery workshops, architecture envisioning, and digital transformation strategy sessions
Provide thought leadership on
DXP, personalization, and customer journey orchestration
2. Solution & Enterprise Architecture
Define
end-to-end architecture
across Adobe Experience Cloud, including:
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM – Sites, Assets, Headless, Cloud Service)
Adobe Analytics
Adobe Target
Adobe Journey Optimizer / Campaign
Adobe Real-Time CDP
Design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with Adobe best practices
Establish
reference architectures and reusable patterns
for client engagements
Drive
composable and API-first architecture approaches
3. Delivery Leadership & Governance
Provide architectural oversight across multiple concurrent implementations
Partner with delivery managers and engineering teams to ensure
successful execution
Conduct
architecture reviews, code reviews, and performance optimization guidance
Ensure adherence to Adobe’s
implementation methodologies and standards
4. Integration & Data Strategy
Define integration architecture across enterprise ecosystems:
CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
ERP systems
Data platforms (data lakes, warehouses)
Third-party martech/adtech tools
Lead
customer data strategy
, including identity, segmentation, and activation
Enable
real-time personalization and omnichannel experiences
5. Innovation & Adobe Alignment
Stay aligned with Adobe product roadmap and emerging capabilities
Advocate Adobe best practices and promote adoption of new features
Collaborate with Adobe product teams to provide
field feedback and influence roadmap
6. Pre-Sales & Business Development Support
Support sales teams in:
Solutioning for RFPs/RFIs
Client presentations and demos
Effort estimation and high-level architecture proposals
Help position Adobe solutions as the
preferred digital experience platform
Required Skills & Expertise
Adobe Ecosystem Expertise
Deep hands-on and architectural experience across Adobe Experience Cloud
Strong expertise in
AEM (Cloud Service preferred)
Experience with
Adobe Analytics, Target, and CDP
Knowledge of
Journey Optimizer / Campaign
for cross-channel orchestration
Technical & Architecture Skills
Strong understanding of:
Cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Microservices and API-first design
Headless and composable architectures
Experience with:
Frontend frameworks (React, SPA)
Integration patterns (REST APIs, event-driven architecture)
DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
Consulting & Leadership Skills
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
Ability to influence decisions at executive level
Experience leading distributed, cross-functional teams
Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking ability
Experience Requirements
12+ years in digital, IT, or marketing technology
5–8+ years of deep experience in Adobe Experience Cloud
Proven experience delivering
large-scale enterprise implementations
Experience in consulting, system integrators, or professional services organizations
