, internal solution teams, and enterprise customers to identify opportunities across

, consulting services, and digital transformation engagements.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Opportunity Management
Identify, prospect, and develop new opportunities for:
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Adobe Analytics
Adobe Target
Adobe CDP
Adobe Commerce
Generate consulting and services opportunities across the Canadian enterprise market
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through proactive outreach and account targeting
Strategic Partnering
Collaborate with
Adobe Account Executives
and internal solution teams on:
Joint pursuits
Co-sell initiatives
Strategic account planning
Align sales strategies with Adobe partner growth opportunities in the region
Client Engagement
Engage with
Digital Marketing
,
IT
, and
CX leadership teams
to understand:
Business challenges
Service delivery needs
Staffing requirements
Implementation opportunities
Position Hashout’s capabilities as a strategic partner for enterprise digital transformation initiatives
Sales Cycle Ownership
Manage the full sales cycle, including:
Prospecting
Qualification
Discovery
Proposal support
Deal closure
Work with internal teams to develop tailored proposals aligned with client goals
Solution Evangelism
Promote Hashout’s:
MarTech accelerators
Pod-based delivery models
Adobe consulting capabilities
Demonstrate value-driven solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes for enterprise customers
Required Skills & Qualifications
1 to 4 years
of experience in:
B2B SaaS Sales
Agency Account Management
MarTech Consulting
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience working in:
Software sales
Consulting services
Digital transformation environments
Strong interest in or foundational knowledge of:
Adobe Experience Cloud
Digital Experience Platforms (DXP)
SaaS platforms
Excellent skills in:

Educational Qualification
