<p>We’re looking for <strong>an</strong> <strong>experienced Enterprise Account Executive </strong>to join our team and help us build our modern service management platform. This position is based in India-<strong>Bangalore</strong>. <br>In this role, the Account Executive will be a<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><strong data-start="177" data-end="201">founding team member</strong><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>responsible for building our presence in the region - driving awareness, creating and accelerating pipeline, and closing deals both directly and through strategic partnerships.<br><strong data-start="40" data-end="51">Region:</strong><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>MEA (Middle East & Africa), with a primary focus on the UAE and South Africa.</p>

<h3><strong>What we’re looking for (qualifications)</strong></h3>
<p>We are not big on formal qualifications, and we value hands-on skills. We also enjoy working with people who want to learn new things and feel a sense of responsibility toward their work. We’re looking for someone with<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><strong data-start="411" data-end="468">proven selling experience and strong market knowledge</strong><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>in the UAE and South Africa. Prior experience selling<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><strong data-start="523" data-end="558">enterprise software to IT teams</strong><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>(IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, IT Asset Management, IT Applications, etc.) is essential. Experience with<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><strong data-start="668" data-end="717">IT Service Management (ITSM) or ESM platforms</strong>will be an added advantage.</p>

<p>5-8 years of experience in software or solutions sales, with a proven track record of producing new business.</p>

<p>Strong ability to establish trusted relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.</p>

<p>Proven success in negotiating deals and maintaining healthy C-Level relationships.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Consistent achievement of sales targets with a focus on long-term customer success.</p>

<p>Ability to grasp the "bigger picture" and align with our strategic IT plans.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Willingness to travel as needed to meet business objectives. </p>

<h3><strong>What you’ll do (responsibilities)</strong></h3>

<p>Generate new business revenue from a SaaS license model through strategic account and territory planning.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Build and manage relationships with C-suite executives and leaders across IT, HR, Finance, and other related business functions.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Lead client relationship mapping and orchestrate account strategies with a broad virtual team, including Solutions Consultants and Marketing.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their business and aligning Atomicwork solutions with their ITSM and ESM roadmap.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Identify and engage the right specialist or support resources for deals at the optimal time.</p>
