What you’ll be doing...
As part of this team, you will play a meaningful role in our network transformation through building a unified network across all lines of business and maintaining the technology that keeps millions of our customers connected.
Operating the best networks and systems through the technical expertise of the team and effective outage prevention/resolution.
Producing technical documentation for automation and deployment processes.
Implementing health checks to monitor Network health, reduce outage probability, and risk.
Engaging vendors, other platform owners and various support teams to resolve issues.
What we’re looking for...
You must be detail-oriented, think critically to solve issues in real-time and focus on maximizing customer uptime and minimizing impact.
You’ll need to have:
Associate’s degree or two or more years of work experience.
Three or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Systems Management, or any STEM-based degree.
Experience with telecom networking, networks and technologies, equipment designs and configuration procedures, and inventory.
