Coach, and manage a strong team of engineers, setting the team’s goals, and mentoring them as they grow in their careers. Develop a strong bench of technical leaders for the next generation of AI/ML solutions. Advocate a culture of AI experimentation and drive the deployment of intelligent, automated solutions to reduce user friction and increase self-service efficiency.
Facilitate alignment and clarity across teams on goals, outcomes, and timelines.
Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large scale software solutions. Oversee systems designs and review product or system development code to solve problems.
Review code developed by other engineers and provide feedback to ensure standard procedures (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency).
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in software development.
3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
3 years of experience working in a complex organization.
