Preferred qualifications: Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, or a related technical field. 3 years of experience working in a changing organization. Experience leading and mentoring a team of executive engineers or multiple workstreams. Experience navigating ambiguous, open-ended problems and turning them into tractable solutions. Knowledge of full-stack or client-side development, with familiarity in Google's internal stacks (server platform, Soy, Kotlin). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence beyond your direct organization.
