Manage a team of engineers.
Drive projects and provide technical leadership to inspire teams to innovate, design, and implement user facing capabilities for account foundation, growth engine campaign experiences.
Build and scale infrastructure to enable sign up experience changes. Partner and collaborate with engineering teams across multiple Google product areas, product, and program management teams.
Work with partner teams and product managers in developing a long-term technology roadmap.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree or PhD in computer science or a related technical field.
3 years of experience working in a changing organization.
Experience coding with Java, TypeScript, APIs, and databases.
