Key Responsibilities :
Lead and manage engineering teams to design, develop, and deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions aligned with business goals.
Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions and execution plans.
Drive architecture discussions and ensure adoption of scalable, secure, and high-performing system designs.
Oversee development across modern architectures such as Microservices, Micro Frontend, Responsive Design, SPA, Composable, Serverless, Event-Driven systems, and design patterns.
Provide technical guidance on front-end technologies such as React Js, Angular, Vue, Redux, React Native, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES5, ES6), Webpack, SCSS, HTML5, CSS3.
Guide backend and platform development using Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), Docker, and Kubernetes.
Ensure best practices in mobile development using React Native, Flutter, Ionic, Swift/Objective-C (iOS), and Java/Kotlin (Android).
Oversee development of large-scale, high-performance user interfaces using modern UI frameworks and libraries.
Drive enterprise integration strategies using middleware technologies, REST/SOAP services, databases, ETL, and ESB patterns.
Provide leadership in core backend technologies such as Java, J2EE (JSP, Servlet, JDBC, JMS), Spring Framework, REST APIs, and related technologies (Python as an alternative).
Ensure delivery of highly scalable, reliable systems through effective system design and architecture.
Build, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering teams with strong ownership and accountability.
Drive best practices in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Oversee cloud infrastructure design, implementation, and optimization across AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Collaborate with leadership to define engineering roadmaps, resource planning, and delivery timelines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (BE, BTech) in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in engineering management with a strong technical background in full-stack development.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Strong mentoring and leadership skills with the ability to build and scale engineering teams.
