A Day in the Life
• Hands on development to solve complex technical problems / guide team members
• AI First Approach to improve productivity and quality • Drive the Development Team (including Developers, QA and DevOps) to time, cost and quality objectives.
• Manage the implementation of our SaaS Product (HealthMachine™) which includes mobile app, web app & Saas tenant configurations
• Manage key tasks such as - estimation, progress tracking and monitoring, release planning for the development team. • Align development team to the business objectives and priorities.
• Effective stakeholder management including internal and customer leadership
• Improve QA processes with focus on quality and efficiency
• Build a culture of innovation and automation
• Manage DevOps team for smooth operations and keeping environment upto date
• Competency building and professional development of the development team.
Skill
• Expert in of one or more of the following technology stacks: Ruby on Rails, .Net, Java springboot, React JS, React Native Mobile apps (iOS, Android)
• Strong experience of managing full stack development teams of 10+ people
• Technology agnostic approach to solving engineering problems
• Experience of cloud based SAAS deployments (AWS preferred)
• Successful track record of product delivery
Nice to have
• Experience with GDPR, HIPAA, ISO27001, ISO13485
• Experience with Healthcare Information Systems
