organization powers how TJX plans and optimizes product decisions on a scale. We build and support planning capabilities across
Oracle RPAS
,
IBM Planning Analytics (TM1)
,
Automation (RPA & TOSCA)
and
Oracle Exadata
. You’ll join a
fully integrated Agile team
that designs, builds, tests, and runs solutions that directly influence Planning strategies and business outcomes.
What you’ll do
Assist in defining and maintaining the
Environment Strategy
environment planning, provisioning support, refresh coordination, test data setup, and cross‑application alignment.
Support
Release Management processes
, including release calendars, deployment readiness, cutover support, and coordination across platforms and product teams.
Contribute to the
Batch Strategy
by helping build and maintain job orchestration, dependency mapping, monitoring, and runtime optimization.
Help design, configure, and enhance
DevOps pipelines
for build automation, deployments, validations, and environment governance.
Collaborate with platform, product, infrastructure, testing, and integration teams to ensure stable environments and predictable releases.
Participate in process improvements through documentation, automation, and proactive issue identification.
Work closely with Testing and Production Support teams to execute release and deployment strategies.
Key responsibilities
Support Test Environment Management across DEV/SIT/UAT/PERF/Prod to ensure stability, consistency, and readiness.
Assist with environmental refresh planning, data setup activities, and coordination with upstream/downstream systems.
Help create and maintain release pipelines, including version control practices, approvals, gating, and post‑deployment checks.
Support end‑to‑end batch workflow creation using enterprise schedulers (Control‑M or equivalent).
Troubleshoot basic environment, batch, and release issues; escalate and collaborate with SMEs for resolution.
Contribute to CI/CD enhancements, automation improvements, and observability instrumentation.
Maintain documentation: environment maps, release plans, runbooks, batch diagrams, SOPs.
Provide on‑call or after‑hours support during critical business cycles on a rotational basis.
What you’ll need (Minimum Qualifications)
3.5+ years of experience in IT Engineering, Operations, DevOps, or Release Management.
Good exposure of
Test Environment Strategy
, including provisioning, data management, and environment setup.
Hands‑on exposure to
Release Management
deployment coordination, release planning, cutover execution, rollback concepts.
Experience supporting or building
Batch Strategies
using enterprise schedulers (e.g., Control‑M) with basic troubleshooting skills.
Basic understanding of integration platforms is a plus, including:
Boomi, Google Apigee, Confluent Kafka, MoveIT Suite (Automation/Gateway/Transfer), WSFTP, IBM ACE, IBM MQ, IBM MQ FTE/MFT, BizTalk, IBM WXS, FTS, IDS, Cleo Harmony, Extol EDI Integrator, Alliance FTP.
DevOps exposure: CI/CD pipelines (GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps), build/deploy automation, artifact handling.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills with a growth and ownership mindset.
SAFe Agile experience is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
