Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and dedicated
Project Engineer – Horticulture
to manage and execute landscaping and horticulture projects in line with
Gamlaa Bioscapes’ quality and execution standards
. The candidate should be capable of handling site operations, coordination, and reporting while ensuring timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end execution of horticulture and landscaping projects at the site.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project delivery.
Monitor site activities, manpower, materials, and timelines.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and Gamlaa Bioscapes’ standards.
Prepare and maintain daily site reports, progress trackers, and MIS using Excel.
Handle extended working hours and site exigencies when required.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance norms at the site.
Candidate Requirements:
3 to 4+ years of relevant experience in horticulture/landscaping project execution.
Prior experience aligned with high-quality execution standards similar to
Gamlaa Bioscapes
.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive, solution-oriented, and willing to work extended shifts when required.
Proficient in MS Excel for reporting, tracking, and data analysis.
Must be NCR-based and willing to travel across sites.
Mandatory two-wheeler (bike) for daily site commute.
Preferred Skills:
Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple sites and deadlines effectively.
Attention to detail and a quality-driven execution mindset.
