Designation: Engineer I – Service & Repair
Job Description:
Ensure drones remain flight-ready through regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and necessary repairs. Handle software updates, calibration, and test flights to confirm performance. Maintain accurate service logs and manage spare parts inventory. Supervise and mentor a team of 3–4 engineers, guiding their work and skill development. Provide on-site support and repairs across India when required. maintain and manage inventory at posted location.
Roles & Responsibilities:
•Lead and manage all drone maintenance and repair activities.
•Supervise and mentor a team of 3–4 engineers, providing technical guidance and ensuring high service standards.
•Oversee preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, software updates, and calibration, along with detailed documentation and inventory management including storage and management
•Coordinate and perform field deployments across India to deliver timely on-site support and ensure drones meet performance and safety requirements.
Secondary Responsibilities:
