Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of solar and wind energy assets in real-time.
- Identify and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other team members to address technical challenges.
- Execute predefined operational procedures and workflows.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and system changes.
- Participate in the development and implementation of improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with vendors and site teams to escalate and resolve issues.
- Adhere to established security and compliance protocols.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in EC, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in NOC or IT operations.
- Knowledge of solar and wind energy systems and monitoring tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with networking and system administration concepts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
