Responsibility:
1.
To follow safety norms
and adhere with company policy.
2.
To follow the Quality Policy & Contamination
prevention policy of the company
3.
Ensure basic safety [PPE
adherence, Machine guarding, Fire safety, Electrical Safety, etc.]
requirements of various work permits
4.
Monitor safety
requirements within work area to identify and escalate potential hazards.
5.
Coordinate basic safety
requirements of various work permits and seeks approval prior to work.
6.
Identify potential
hazards and critical Maintenance work during Permit approval process
7.
Monitor implementation of
LOTO during various maintenance operations at work station
8.
Categorize different
types of notifications and prioritize closure with contractual technician on
time without delay as per checklist
9.
Organize and ensure
availability of different tools in the workshop
10.
Coordinate and execute calibration activities with
plant personnel and performs scheduled calibration without deviation
11.
Report failure or replacement of instrument during
calibration
12.
Monitor and analyze breakdown trends and coordinates
with contractor’s for timely handover of equipment’s.
13.
Ensure availability of minimum spares inventory for
smooth functioning of day-to-day maintenance activities
14.
Prepare the Annual Preventive maintenance plan with
consultation
15.
Implement PM activities and ensure compliance with
annual schedule
16.
Coordinate small modifications and equipment
replacements with the user.
17.
Review and prepare the Qualification documents and
coordinates timely plant delivery
18.
Adhere to requirements as per written procedures.
19.
Build relationship with team members and encourages
them to collaborate proactively by sharing knowledge and experiences.
20.
Continuously attend trainings and acquires new
skills related to different concepts of engineering & applies it to work.
21.
Identifies areas to improve installation/
maintenance/ repair/ calibration, etc. process to reduce breakdown time
22.
Demonstrates complete ownership of end-result of
installation/ maintenance/ repair/ calibration, etc. of manufacturing systems
