Qualification:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical /Chemical Engineering
Experience:
Fresher
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance activities of plant machinery and equipment.
Support maintenance team in daily maintenance operations.
Monitor equipment performance and report abnormalities.
Maintain records of maintenance activities and spare parts.
Assist in utility maintenance such as pumps, motors, compressors, cooling towers, etc.
Follow safety procedures and plant maintenance standards.
Coordinate with production team for machine availability and shutdown activities.
Support installation and commissioning of new equipment.
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of mechanical/electrical maintenance.
Understanding of industrial safety practices.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work in shifts and plant environment.
Problem-solving attitude and eagerness to learn.
