Familiarity with transformer components (e.g., core, windings, insulation, CCA,Tanking,VPD and Dispatch) and manufacturing processes is highly desirable.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and customer requirements.
Conduct in-process inspections of materials, windings, core assembly, tanking, and insulation.
Use tools like calipers, micrometers, etc.
Maintain documentation (inspection reports, non-conformance records.
Implement corrective actions and verify effectiveness.
Strong communication for cross-functional teamwork.
Adaptability in fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel,Word and Power point..
Develop and Impement Corrective and preventive action to address Quality Issues.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize manufacturing processes, reduce variability, and enhance product reliability.
