Brief About the Role
As an
Engagement Manager
, you will lead the
end-to-end delivery of AI/ML solutions
, drive client growth, and shape strategic programs. Your
primary strength will be consulting
—understanding client needs, crafting strategic solutions, and articulating value clearly. You’ll bring
strong technical depth in classical AI/ML
, including
neural networks and NLP
, and a
basic understanding of Generative AI
to engage in meaningful discussions. You will also be responsible for
proposal development, RFP responses
, and creating
compelling presentations
that communicate business impact and technical strategy effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Business Consulting & Client Relationship Management
Lead strategic AI and data science engagements across industries such as
Airlines, Automotive, and Retail
.
Build and nurture senior-level client relationships, driving account expansion and long-term value.
Collaborate with sales and consulting teams to shape solutions for
RFPs and new opportunities
.
Own and drive
proposal creation
, including solutioning, pricing, and delivery models.
Develop and deliver
impactful presentations
that clearly articulate business value and technical strategy.
Develop and communicate
AI roadmaps
, aligning with client vision and business objectives.
Stay informed on trends in
GenAI, LLMs, and Agentic AI
, and contribute to internal innovation and client discussions.
Delivery Management
Translate complex business challenges into
AI/ML-driven solutions
, ensuring relevance and impact.
Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and proactive risk management.
Define and monitor
KPIs
to measure success and client satisfaction (NPS).
Build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Operationalize AI solutions at scale, integrating seamlessly with client ecosystems.
Manage account-level
P&L
, ensuring profitability and revenue growth.
The Person: Qualification & Experience
10+ years
of experience in analytics and consulting, with
4+ years
in leadership roles.
Proven track record of
leading end-to-end AI/ML solution delivery
across global clients.
Strong domain expertise in or similar industries.
Hands-on experience
with
classical AI/ML techniques
including segmentation, recommendation systems, forecasting, neural networks, and NLP.
Basic understanding of
GenAI concepts
(e.g., LLMs, prompt engineering, use cases) to engage in strategic discussions.
Proven experience in
proposal development, RFP responses, and client presentations
.
Excellent stakeholder management, including
C-suite engagement
across geographies.
Strong business acumen with the ability to
quantify and articulate business value
.
Exceptional
communication and articulation skills
.
Willingness to travel for client engagements.
